Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Ans: No

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Ans: It will usually take minimum 7 to maximum 15 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q: Is shipping really FREE?

Ans: Its depending which product you are buying OR is there is any offer on particular product that is offering shipping or not

Q: Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

Ans: Yes, we have our simple 5 days return and refund policy.

Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

Ans: It will usually take between 1-2 business days.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Ans: Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)
